The box was opened, the bottom had been taped like it had been opened from that side, the carrying case for the carrier has been taken out and there were signs of use on it. I asked the Manager, Linda if a discount could be given due to the facts mentioned above. She immediately and rudely stated "we dont give discounts for any reason". Most stores would have in that scenario. Poor customer service.
