We always feel very informed with treatment plans, and their pricing is fair and transparent. They are flexible with their scheduling when urgent issues arise too. Love the convenience of it being inside the PetSmart as well. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else, we are so grateful for the loving, expert care we receive here :)

Ive gone to banfield in aurora for the same issue with my cat as I did today and they took about 45 minutes max with him in the back of the clinic while I waited in the office. This location took my cat, had me leave and told me I would be called in a few minutes. An hour passes and I go back to ask about my cat anf the front desk woman wasnt helpful at all. She was giving incredibly vague answers to my questions and looking at me like I was dumb for wanting a timeframe of when to see my cat again. I was never informed that this would be considered a "drop off" and was under the impression id stay with my cat the entire time snd the visit would take less than 2 hours. She just told me now that I would have to wait 5 more hours to pick up my cat. Not informing me or even getting my consent to leave him for that long is insane and horrible customer service. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! If you want to go to a banfield, go to the one off of Florida in aurora. The one off of Chambers and Parker is an absolute joke and clearly dosent care about your pets.

- LSLucio SanchezAug 25, 20251.0The Banfield pet hospital on South Parker road in aurora has to be one of the most unreliable veterinary clinic not only is there customer service terrible with the employees . Not only do they sound like they don’t want to be there every time I talked about my cat they’d make me feel like I was being a nuisance. And if any communication was given it was in vague answers and belittle what I’d say with how my concerns of my cats changes and how sick he’s been. I was being told about more of the items they sell rather than what was actually gonna help my cat. Like yes thank you for telling me to buy your calming food for my cat who’s throwing up, not eating, not playing, sleeping most the day,and other symptoms that are concerning. Not helpful. I felt more stressed out about how the veterinarian would not clearly communicate what could’ve been harmful for my cat or even telling me what I could do meanwhile for him and even after explaining any symptoms he’s had and how he compared to his old behavior. There is a big lack of communication at this location and this experience has made it clear that Banfield Pet Hospital is just looking after their profit rather then truly caring for our pets.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
