Vet said she didn't even look in his mouth cuz "he was trying to bite." Took him to emergency vet 5 days later for worsening symptoms and Vet there was able to feel a distended belly and did an Ultrasound and found a mass. The worst veterinary care we have ever received and highly disappointed that the vet did not do a thorough exam and work up.

We always feel very informed with treatment plans, and their pricing is fair and transparent. They are flexible with their scheduling when urgent issues arise too. Love the convenience of it being inside the PetSmart as well. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else, we are so grateful for the loving, expert care we receive here :)

Ive gone to banfield in aurora for the same issue with my cat as I did today and they took about 45 minutes max with him in the back of the clinic while I waited in the office. This location took my cat, had me leave and told me I would be called in a few minutes. An hour passes and I go back to ask about my cat anf the front desk woman wasnt helpful at all. She was giving incredibly vague answers to my questions and looking at me like I was dumb for wanting a timeframe of when to see my cat again. I was never informed that this would be considered a "drop off" and was under the impression id stay with my cat the entire time snd the visit would take less than 2 hours. She just told me now that I would have to wait 5 more hours to pick up my cat. Not informing me or even getting my consent to leave him for that long is insane and horrible customer service. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! If you want to go to a banfield, go to the one off of Florida in aurora. The one off of Chambers and Parker is an absolute joke and clearly dosent care about your pets.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
