    I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the Banfield team. From the moment we walk in, the staff is incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely supportive when it comes to caring for my pet. They take the time to answer every question, offer practical advice, and always make sure I understand what’s best for my furry family member. If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality care, outstanding service, and a team that truly helps keep your pet happy and healthy, I highly recommend this pet hospital. Five stars, hands down.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I usually go to this vet because it is close to me and affordable, but today will be my last day visiting. I had a drop off appointment at 9, finally left the building at 9:30. I understand the time frame can vary depending on the amount of animals they are helping, but they had me waiting for 3 HOURS. NO UPDATES. NOTHING. so ofcourse I got worried, headed to the shop to check on my cat, turns out he had been in the waiting room all those HOURS. I just told the lady I didn’t want them to do anything to him at all since he hadn’t even been looked at to begin with. Waste of my time.

    I just switched my pet to Banfield and I couldn't be happier. The offer a wellness program which helps with the cost on some of the work, they have a very friendly staff and are constantly checking up on my pet. I am extremely happy to have found this new home.

    Some of staff doesn't know what they are doing. First they messed up on my cat. Cat had blood drawed at her appointment and then they told us to come back later because her blood was positive or incomplete or something. Scheduled appointment got to fix the blood was fine. I took my dog transferred her from another one location she was at that location before because we wanted it to be at this location because it's closer. Went in today they have no record and those staff in the front were rude as hell

    I just transferred to this Banfield from another location which I took my babies to for over 10 years. I transferred here for to terrible experiences at other location. I do have the wellness plan (to all the others that left bad reviews due to pricing, I will tell you the wellness plan pricing is 100% worth it it covers the cost of the visit the shots I pay for medications only so for everybody complaining about the price check out the wellness plan) this Banfield was the cleanest I have ever been in. It is only our first visit but the visit did go very well. The ladies seemed very nice. And as to the one who left a negative review due to them taking their pets behind closed doors to do the shots it's as simple as asking them to do it in the room. So this far they get the five star review and we will be a new permanent family there until they prove otherwise but I was very impressed with the location and the people and just so everybody knows I took in two dogs for full comprehensive exams blood work shots fecal and I walked out of there only pain $23 for a prescription antibiotic for one of my babies so complete entire workup I only paid for the medication so the plan does help it's just like health insurance for human beings when we do a walk-in at a doctor's office without insurance they charges higher rates. I've had these plans for every one of my dogs for decades. The only thing is finding the right Banfield hospital for you and your babies and I believe I found mine
