  This Petco is awesome had everything you need for the special critter in your life it's clean the staff is very helpful and attentive. Great reward program that actually pays for itself in the first 2 visits they also have a large grooming center and animal hospital. Stop by and see for yourself it just might be your new pet supply home.

  I honestly love this Petco the staff are nice and are willing to give me all the advice/help I need all though I do feel like there could be some more care in some fishes tanks and no more than 10-13 fishes in one tank it is pretty good I haven’t really seen anything wrong with all the bettas I’ve gotten from here all mine are thriving I feel very welcomed when I come here as well I’d definitely recommend this Petco to you if you like to be social and need advice for fishes and more

  Lack of a decent reptile selection. Employees not knowledgeable ( didn't have a clue what springtails were) ALL of their packaged grab and go crickets were dead. Had to wait for employee to get crickets. When I asked for assistance they were sweeping the floor, told me they would be right there next thing I know I'm having to wait 10 minutes while the same associate helps another customer catch fish for them. It would have taken 2 minutes to get my crickets but they decided to help the other customers when I was there before and asked before those customers were even in the store. They had no decent upright terrariums for less than 160$ for a 10 gallon. Didn't even have the next size up. I ended up spending over 60$ for different food, different bugs. Didn't give me a reciept or even offer me my reciept.

  Frustrated beyond words I will never ever order anything online ever again! Love the store I go there all the time! but ordering online isn't worth the wait at all! Calling the customer service line I was told by the representative it could take up to 9pm and if not delivered today it would be by tomorrow! Excuse me? Unacceptable when I pay for it to be delivered same day by the time I was told 6pm I finally got my order after 7pm! I'm canceling the delivery option! Never again!

  Do Not Buy Fish From This Store Location.....Recently I purchased 10 fish from this store. 2 of the fish were of a different species from the other 8 fish, however they were all stocked in the same fish tank at the store. So after I arrived home that night, I began to put both species into separate quarantine tanks which is a normal process I do for a week or two before introducing them into my main aquarium. I noticed two from one species of fish had a disease of white spots commonly known as ich and their fins were rotting. The night I had purchased all the fish together, the store fish tank lights were off so I couldn't see what I was actually getting. I returned the 2 fish out of the batch and I asked the manager what they do with the fish that has disease. They contacted their store aqua / fish specialist and I over heard them say that they will put the diseased fish back in the fish tank they came from. WOW, so they have accepted my return on diseased fish and are going to spread the disease to other fish by placing them back in the tank they came from. That is very unprofessional of them and not caring about the other fish that will catch the disease from the fish I returned. Two days later, I noticed that the other 8 fish that I purchased from the same tank also had white spot ich disease. One of the fish died the next day. Now let me say again that all the fish I purchased were placed in quarantine tanks to observe their health before deciding if I should introduce them to my main fish tank. So for the record, this store has some major fish health issues and they should not be selling fish with diseases in contaminated fish tanks nor should they be putting returned fish with diseases back into the fish tanks they came from!!!....There are other big box pet stores in my area as well as smaller stores that just specialize in fish, so I will no longer buy fish from Petco
