You can't get no one to return your call, the wait time was insane. Dr. Aiko was rude on many levels. Will not return.

I have previously gotten dogs in here on an emergency basis easily. Their care is good enough but they do try push unnecessary tests. By that I mean, blood tests on a very old dog and an mri. I guess I just don't see the point in doing a blood test when the medication is the only thing keeping her alive and she's at least 13 years old. Unfortunately we don't know her real age because she's a rescue, we just know that she's old. They wrote a prescription for 120 pills and then when I went to fill it with chewie they would release a quarter of it.

The staff was AMAZING! However, getting in touch with or getting a return call from the office is very difficult!!! I had after care questions, no calls returned.

Do not go here- there are better options right around the corner at Kipling.
Wasted our time and money with Dr Aiko at our second visit. We were there for 5 HOURS with suggestions for unrelated testing and just wanted a check up and sinus meds for our dog. They acted like they were more scared of our pup than interested in helping, and our dog was scared the whole time! Pulled on us emotionally and just terrible practice here, so frustrating.
Got the meds finally and they didn’t even help. Lady couldn’t even locate a vein correctly for a blood draw in the first place- after boasting her experience had us help no less. And then what they said to administer was different than the discharge papers!!! Idiotic.
Went else where and had a better experience, our dog loved the vets, they loved on her, and we walked away with SIGNIFICANTLY LESS of a bill with more meds that actually helped! And no outrageous conversation with unrelated testing, just what may be needed and a course of action.

I could not be happier with the ladies that took care of Jauz at vetco. Ashley, Lauren, Yaris, Jada, Dr Aiko and the rest of the ladies got great practice on wrapping Jauz’s arm to allow his wound to heal over the last few weeks. There were many decisions we had to make to ensure this would healed nicely and every choice they made was the correct one.
I went to the back with them to hold him down each visit, and seeing their operation back there made me confident to come back here with any issues my dogs may have. I would trust them with my pets life and quite frankly my life as well. I will not be going to any other vet but the vetco on wads.
