  I was sent to this Vetco from the 92nd and Sheridan Vetco with a quote for my two dogs vaccinations for 104 each dog with the exam fee waived for both dogs . when I get there the office manager comes in and was VERY rude to me telling me they called the other Vetco on 92nd and they told them that they never said they would waive both dogs exam fee and wanted to charge another hundred dollars so we left .and the manager said going goodbye I then called back the 92nd and Sheridan office and they’ll told me. They ever called to ask what fee we gave. So the office manager lied to me to charge another hundred dollars. They were dishonest and very rude to me .so I drove around from Vetco to Vetco being lied to ended not being able to get my dogs groomed wasted half a day for nothing. However I did find caring hands very nice staff and only charge 25 an exam fee and their vaccines are way cheaper I’m spending 90 so I guess it all worked out for the better . I highly recommend going to caring hands and not Vetco they’re AWFUL

  I brought both of my dogs in yesterday for heartworm testing with the sole purpose of refilling their heartworm prevention. The appointment itself was fine, but when I left, Vetco failed to complete the prescription refill. I was then told to contact Total Care Hospital, who informed me they couldn’t help unless I paid for another exam even though my dogs had just had a full exam the day before. This resulted in a complete waste of both time and money, forcing me to bring my dogs in for back-to-back appointments within two days for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. The lack of coordination and unwillingness to resolve a mistake they made was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I would not recommend this clinic if you’re looking for efficient or cost-effective care.

  Just a quick thank you to Dr. Aiko and staff. Dr. Aiko is very detail-oriented and thorough and I appreciate her direct communication style. I know I can trust that she's giving me the range of options available for my pets so that I can make the decision that will work for us. Highly recommend.
