The doctors and assistants have been absolutely caring from the moment of his first diagnosis to his surgery and recovery. The doctors and associates are very professional in their approach towards us. They were thorough in explaining the financial and medical aspects of the process of getting surgery for my dog. I just really appreciate how much they care for my little dog. You know the people at Vetco really do care for animals. If you are looking for a caring clinic, seriously look into Vetco. I’m sure you will be happy you did.

They spoke in a way that came across as impersonal and condescending, which made me feel more frustrated than reassured. They also said that my dog could be denied service next time based on their behavior, which he was nothing but nice to everyone besides being very anxious. There was no compassion whatsoever. The vet techs were great but Aiko needs to learn some better bedside manner. After this and previous experiences, we will never be going back to any Vetco location.
