- JSJan SmithMay 21, 20201.0My daughter went here today with an appointment for her two dogs. She showed up they came out and got one dog. Did what they had to do for vaccines Etc. My daughter drove around the parking lot to kill some time for like 4 minutes, they called her to come back she came back they charged her a $25 fee for boarding for 4 minutes because she wasn't right outside when it was time for the next pet. Then they refused to see her second dog because it would interrupt their doctors lunch time because she was 4 minutes late. I don't know what kind of establishment this is!! She thought she would try it cuz it's supposed to be low cost. It was not low-cost to my daughter and they were very rude to her and turned her second Pett away. What kind of establishment does this. I work in the veterinary field we would never do that where I work at. And we definitely wouldn't charge a fee for 4 minutes of having to have your dog there without you. I will never recommend and never recommend going to this place!! It's not worth the money or the rudeness of this establishment. You don't treat New or Old established patients this way. You don't even deserve the one star you're awful shame on you!!!
