We take all our dogs here. They are great with all the different personalities our dogs bring to the table. Super cool place.

I called Banfield on Friday morning to let someone know that I didn't appreciate how I was treated on Thursday. They said I would hear back in 10 minutes and I never received a call. I have been taking my pets here for 9 years and I have never felt so terrible about a place. I understand how hard everyone works but I was always treated with 100% respect and care in the past. I am a very busy mom who works many hours a week but will be changing our pet hospital to the Wadsworth destination which will make my life a little harder because I always loved Westwoods. Things started to change when I noticed all of the people that I knew were being replaced by new people. I pay a lot of money to Banfield and expect people to be better. I know I didn't explain what happened exactly but I hope it makes sense. Also, a couple of months ago I came in to pick up meds for my dog and I heard a dog crying in the back. That is normal of course but I heard a worker telling to dog to be quiet. I asked the woman at the desk about this and she ignored me. I asked her again and she explained why the dog was crying. That wasn't the problem. I was confused about why someone would keep on telling the dog to be quiet. I am so sad to leave Westwoods but I do expect the care I was used to.
