It's always nightmare scheduling vet appointments. Banfield seems like a deal, but a lot of the free services are really just an attempt to upsell you in something else. We're going back to a normal vet after getting the run around too many times.

Unfortunately one of the most frustrating experiences with a vet. I moved abroad and followed all the steps properly so my dog was set up for the smoothest travel experience possible. I throughly researched cdc requirements prior and consulted several vets before starting the process. Unfortunately the staff and Dr. Harper are not properly educated on the requirements to apply for a health certificate and made the process from the moment I walked into the office one of the hardest most disheartening experiences. Advised another shot even though my dog had the exact one two weeks prior from primary vet which was strongly advised against for the health of my dog from my primary vet. Sadly what should have been an easy process for a pet owner was turned into many phone calls of tears and stress. Luckily found another vet in Denver that was well experienced and properly educated and made it smooth process. Always get a second opinion! I then asked to be refunded my 300 dollar application fee since no service was provided other then printing out paperwork from a website I had already printed out. They said they would refund me 80 dollars I agreed and was then sent a document to sign that made me agree to never talk about my experience on reviews or social media in order to obtain the 80 dollar refund.

The wonderful caregivers at Banfield Pet Hospital threat my lil' Sweet Pea with love and joy! Sweet Pea gets very excited to say hello to them and she still wants love even after they give her a shot! 😄

I scheduled my cat's dental cleaning over a month in advance. They called me last minute to bring him in for labs before his dental procedure. I didn't mind to bring him but the short heads up was a bit frustrating. I then brought him for his scheduled time at 7:15am. They told me he would be done around 3-5pm maybe sooner. I get a call around 12:30pm saying they're behind on cleanings and if I could bring my cat in tomorrow.. I took my day off work for this and planned it far ahead of time. I understand things happen, but don't over book if you can't finish the job. I said no I cannot bring him tomorrow, and all of a sudden they were able to complete his cleaning.
