It may sound cliche but they really DO treat each fur baby like they were treating thier own, seriously. From the moment you interact with any of the staff, you feel welcomed. They have very fair pricing for vet service charges and grooming, and I have never been pressured by an "up-sell". Taryn in the grooming salon is exceptional and has a gentle and loving way with her "clients". My kitty Noree' gets her nails clipped by Taryn on the regular and she doesn't fuss when I take her in, one bit. I love this place and trust all of the staff implicitley. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

They took me for $320 after convincing me my dogs wellness plan would be reactivated and all it did was allow me to buy more services at full price. I've now been hung up on over 4x on the main line trying to get in touch with a supervisor. STAY AWAY!!!!!

The doctors and vet techs are truly incredible—knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being of your pet. They take the time during appointments to really listen to concerns and work with you to come up with a thoughtful plan that’s best for both you and your pet, never rushed or one-size-fits-all. They’ve also gone above and beyond by squeezing Khloe in for sick-day visits when we really needed it, which has meant so much to us as pet parents. We’ve seen Dr. Barnhart for our last two visits and cannot recommend her enough—she is thorough, kind, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. Overall, our experience has been consistently positive, and the wellness plans are reasonably priced and well worth it. We feel so comfortable and confident bringing Khloe here and are incredibly grateful to have such a fantastic veterinary team close by. Highly recommend! 🐾💙

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
