    Katastrophe! Als Neukunde in der Schweiz erhielt ich schlussendlich einen Rabatt von nur 35 Rappen auf einen Einkauf von fast 140 Franken. In Deutschland bekam ich hingegen 10% auf den gesamten Einkauf. Hinzu kam, dass die Fachberaterin völlig überfordert wirkte und offensichtlich krank war – sie hatte Grippe. Ich gehe nicht in ein Tierfachgeschäft, um mir dort eine Krankheit einzufangen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!!
