- Q9Quadratkopf 90Feb 3, 20262.0I went to get my cat some help for his ear and the doctor Antonio Z was great the rest of the staff as okay, but my main complaint with them is they said they were going to refund me $160 dollars on Thursday because they didn't do some of the services and when I called right now it has not even been processed and they were unable to give me a reason or any explanation.

The doctor was very nice when she came in at first then I never saw her again I didn't know anything about the medications how to distribute them she had a assistant come out and tell me the dosage but that was already on the bottles. $800 later I still don't know all the results. I probably won't go back.
