- DCDavid CupplesDec 31, 20255.0We had to lay our sweet old girl, Tofu, to rest after 17 wonderful years. From the very first phone call, the staff showed exceptional kindness and compassion. The receptionist was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions with care and honesty, and even called me back after gathering additional information about the cremation services. That alone meant so much to us during such a difficult time. When the day came, we were brought into a room quickly and given an extra blanket to wrap Tofu in, which was a small but deeply comforting gesture. They only took her from us briefly to place the IV and returned her within minutes so she could be with us. Dr. Z then joined us, sat with us, and took the time to answer every question we had. He gently reassured us that, given her age and condition, we were making the right and most humane decision, a kindness we truly needed in that moment. We were allowed to hold Tofu throughout the entire process. It was peaceful and took only a few minutes. With the first injection, she rested her head on our arm and quietly drifted away. Afterward, they gave us private time to be with her and say our goodbyes. When we were ready, the nurse returned and handled her with such tenderness and respect. Every single person we encountered showed genuine compassion and treated our girl with the same love and care that we did. They turned one of the most painful moments of our lives into the most peaceful and dignified goodbye we could have hoped for. We will absolutely be bringing our other dogs here in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking veterinary care, especially compassionate end-of-life support for a beloved pet.

I’ve been trying to call for 3 days trying to get my dogs medicine refilled couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I finally reached someone this morning she said the doctor was with a patient and when he came out of the room she would request the refill. I called back at 1:00 and was told their closing in 10 minutes of the Christmas parade and I would have to wait till Monday, after telling me on the phone that they were open until 4:00 . She cannot go without her meds that they put her on then the girl continued on to tell me that the doctor wasn’t even there so she lied to me. They don’t care that my dog is out of her medication that they put her on. After telling me a month ago when she got her blood work done that when she needs a refill, just call in and they will refill. She doesn’t have to be seen for another three months but yet it’s impossible to get a refill. So Disgusting and so unprofessional

They gave me the wrong diagnosis which led to an early painful suffering end with my lovable Pitt. I wish people cared more and not just wanting money and the next dog to come in. F-, I will find a person who will help me get Justice for my dog! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! My first and last post ever! Had to do it here because they did me so wrong!
