The office staff as well as the drs assistants were very helpful and welcoming. We brought Blackie in this morning to sew up a bad cut she sustained when she slipped in the wet grass while trying to catch a cat. Her sister Tanner realized she was hurt before we did. In the emergency appt Tanner, her sister lay her head on Blackies back for moral support. Picking her up today defiantly made us all happy to have our pack back together.

Extremely disappointed and heartbroken. My dog was given the Librela injection at Green Valley Vet, and we were not warned about any possible serious side effects. Within days, my dog lost the ability to walk and control his bladder and bowels — he is now bedridden. I have tried calling the clinic multiple times to speak with the vet about what happened, but no one has returned my calls or shown any concern for my dog’s condition. After researching, I found that the FDA has issued warnings about adverse reactions to Librela, including neurological issues similar to what my dog is experiencing. I wish the clinic had discussed these risks with us before giving the injection. Pet owners deserve transparency and follow-up care, especially when a new medication is used. I hope the clinic takes accountability and communicates better with other clients in the future.

I've been going to Green Valley vet for at least 10 years+. During this last visit, a couple new vets were there and they are amazing. Dr Zielinski is one of the new vets there and he is extremely thorough and compassionate. I would highly recommend if you haven't been to Green Valley lately to give it a try with the new vets that they have now. And their front end staff and techs have also added some new people that are very nice.
