This happened today, store #1314 Yuba City
My wife had a pet grooming appointment today at 8:00. She arrived ten minutes early to a line of people and employees. After waiting about 25 minutes and the store not being open, my wife walked and asked an employee what was going on, and the employee said the manager wasn’t there to open the store and it happens “more often than you would think.” My wife left, not wanting to wait god knows how long for the store to open. She then got a call telling her we missed our appointment. We didn’t miss it, the store was closed. I then tried calling the store to get the corporate office number. The woman on the phone told me it was Melissa’s fault. She told me me MELISSA IS THE STORE MANAGER AND SHE WASNT THERE TODAY!!!!! I repeat, she told me #1 Melissa is the store manager, #2 Melissa was in charge of opening the store this morning and #3 she wasn’t there today. After I asked why she was in charge of opening the store, if she isn’t there today, she admitted that she was Melissa. The woman on Phone told me she, MELISSA, was the store manager, and she, MELISSA, wasn’t there today. Wouldn’t be surprised if her name wasn’t even actually Melissa the pathological liar she is. So CLARA, the actual store manager (if you exit and aren’t another made up lie.) You have an employee, Claiming to be the Store manager, Claiming to be named Melissa habitually not opening you store in time and lying to your customers.
