  This place has diseased fish. There tanks are filthy and they sold us a bunch of sick catfish! Will not buy from again. Go to redbluff or sacramento much better fish!

  I've had my Pekingese groomed by Madison for almost two years with consistent happy results. Recently, I made an online appointment but our favorite groomer's name was absent. So, I chose the option of “any available groomer”. I brought my doggie in a bit early. They said they were in process of finishing one other dog. That they would call me when they finished with mine. Five hours later, my wife reminded me to call Petco. I had lost track of time while working in the yard! No missed calls from Petco showed on my phone. I called. They said my dog was ready. The groomers did not acknowledge that they had forgotten to call. But, they did say they had some resistance when trying to finish my dog’s head and neck area. This has never been an issue. The grooming did not look finished from my dogs shoulders to his head. When I got home my wife discovered some bleeding on our doggie’s neck and chest. He had been nicked twice by the shears. Hence the “resistance “.

  This happened today, store #1314 Yuba City My wife had a pet grooming appointment today at 8:00. She arrived ten minutes early to a line of people and employees. After waiting about 25 minutes and the store not being open, my wife walked and asked an employee what was going on, and the employee said the manager wasn’t there to open the store and it happens “more often than you would think.” My wife left, not wanting to wait god knows how long for the store to open. She then got a call telling her we missed our appointment. We didn’t miss it, the store was closed. I then tried calling the store to get the corporate office number. The woman on the phone told me it was Melissa’s fault. She told me me MELISSA IS THE STORE MANAGER AND SHE WASNT THERE TODAY!!!!! I repeat, she told me #1 Melissa is the store manager, #2 Melissa was in charge of opening the store this morning and #3 she wasn’t there today. After I asked why she was in charge of opening the store, if she isn’t there today, she admitted that she was Melissa. The woman on Phone told me she, MELISSA, was the store manager, and she, MELISSA, wasn’t there today. Wouldn’t be surprised if her name wasn’t even actually Melissa the pathological liar she is. So CLARA, the actual store manager (if you exit and aren’t another made up lie.) You have an employee, Claiming to be the Store manager, Claiming to be named Melissa habitually not opening you store in time and lying to your customers. Store #1314
