I unnderstand why stores do this because of loss...but if you choose not to offer a restroom to your customers...put a sign up on the front door. I do not frequent large corporate stores who do not offer this convenience. I left my order at the register, and went straight to your competitor, PetsMart, where I doubled the amount purchased, and was treated with respect and consideration.

I complained about a certain issue and was told to call for my appointments . Well I called 3 times in the last 2 weeks with no return call. Their customer service is terrible. They need to hire mature professionals that don’t disrespect customers. Thank goodness we found someone that our girls adore. Stay away from PETCO. Management doesn’t care how customers are treated because nothing was done about my issue. I was told I would get a call back not a word. Will go higher because if I don’t then nothing will change and don’t want other customers to go through what I did and then basically take it out on the poor dog that was innocent in the whole situation.

- MPMary PJan 3, 20264.0Visited January 2nd...see my receipt as always. This is the first time I have been to this location. It is in the same shopping center as Walmart and Home Depot. Because I am adopting a rescue pup I still needed more supplies. It's not as big as some of the stores but I did find what I was looking for. I couldn't find any help in the store to help navigate my search. The checkout guy was very helpful which I appreciated ! I think they need to hire more employees! I will probably go to Petsmart next time that is more organized and well staffed.
