  I went to this Petco late on a Monday night. We were getting a betta fish for my son as a potty training reward. An awesome woman working there was super sweet to me and my 2 year old. She helped us get all the correct things we needed to get a betta fish going at home and then picked an awesome array of betta fish for my son to choose from. Sorry I didn't get your name out of pure Monday night exhaustion but I really wish i did. You were amazing! You made my son's day. He named his fish Froggy and he is still alive.

  Estrella is great. I came in looking for a special collar. She asked what my needs were and directed me to an item she trains all her dogs with and explained why it was much better and safer. Then she got me good treats so reward my dog. She also offered training tips to implement and said if I needed anything else that I could call in and ask. Fantastic experience.

  Lack of stock, lack of help, sick and tired of hearing the complaints with your staff... There's a thing called a lunchroom or nowadays, people love texting. Try doing that instead of voicing it in front of customers. Very low class. I also see everyone giving high ratings, however, I see that they're all talking about cats and dogs... Well, they do sell fish. And unfortunately, horrible service and horrible stock.
