That employee told me to ask another employee who at the time was helping another customer so I followed them around for about 20 minutes and asked for help with fish. When I said that I was there to purchase about three. Loaches, I was told I can't sell any of my loaches. My tanks have a snail problem right now and they are being used as deterrent. Every time I stop in at this store it's impossible to find an employee to get help from, the fish I want to buy are not for sale for one reason or another or everything is dead. This is my last time coming to this store. I've worn out my patience. I'd rather drive the 5 miles down the road to the PetSmart.

There's less stock of truly premium cat food brands, and I'm not talking about the ones that are marketed as premium but aren't (Royal Canin and Hills). Besides that, it's one of the locations that doesn't physically carry Naturals Balance. I live 5 minutes from this store and they don't have it. I have to drive all the way to Glendale for that brand or go to another store outside of Petco, which is 5 minutes away. Instead of moving forward, they've regressed by 60% of what Robert had achieved, making it the best option.
