After the appt was complete/done they sent me a text, after 2 mins Vanessa tried calling me, I picked up and inform her that I was not in town but I told her my boyfriend is on the way, he should be there within 3 mins. Not even a min after she proceeded to called me 3 more times, yelling and raising her voice at me to give her my boyfriend’s number. So I had to cut her off to inform her he was outside. This whole thing was in the span of 7 mins. Also, she said we did a walk-in but in fact we booked an appointment. This honestly has never happened before, all of our previous appt were great. It was overall a very bad customer services and experience. There was no need to yell or scream.
