  I LOVE the food made here. I used to get the Beef and Potato at a different location. It was so full of potatoes and the meat was always so fatty. One day passed the deadline to order my girls food so I called the West Hollywood location. Not only were they able to fill my order but upon receiving the food- it had way less potatoes, more meat, and the quality was much better - no extra fattiness at all! I was amazed! I am ordering here from now on. Worth going out of my way to pick up.

  Absolutely love Just Food For Dogs. The quality and freshness are unmatched, and the wide variety of blends makes it easy to find something that truly works for your dog. My dog is obsessed with the vegan tofu and quinoa blend, it is genuinely delicious and thoughtfully made. I love knowing this food is backed by a world class nutrition team working alongside leading researchers in vegan pet nutrition, creating a plant based option that is high in protein, rich in antioxidants, and full of anti inflammatory ingredients. As a pet parent who wants to skip kibble and reduce my climate impact without compromising my dog’s health or happiness, the recipe is a total win. On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about pets and their people. Every visit feels welcoming and supportive. A special shoutout to Joe, the manager, who is absolutely awesome. He goes above and beyond, remembers customers, answers questions with care, and makes the whole experience even better. Just Food For Dogs sets the gold standard for both nutrition and customer service.

  I cannot say enough good things about this location. From the moment you walk in, the energy is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring — not just toward the dogs, but toward their humans too. My puppy, Solo, absolutely loves their food, and I’ve seen such a positive difference in him since switching. It’s clear how much thought, quality, and love goes into everything they do. Huge shoutout to Troy, Henay, Joe, and Michelle — every single one of them is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They take the time to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure you feel confident about what you’re feeding your dog. You can tell they truly care, and that kind of service is rare. Solo is a Shih Tzu–Lab mix, and he’ll be four months old this Sunday, and he has very clear favorites already 😂 He met Henay on his very first visit and immediately loved her, and he has absolutely fallen in love with Michelle. Watching the way the team interacts with him — with patience, gentleness, and genuine affection — means the world to me as a puppy parent. This team treats every dog like family, and it shows. Amazing food, exceptional service, and genuinely sweet people. Solo and I are customers for life. Thank you for taking such great care of us and all the good dogs out there! 🐶❤️

  I have been shopping here for years. They have made a huge difference for my pup Kenzo's overall health! The staff are super friendly, amazing and know just about everything there is when it comes to dogs and their nutrition. Highly recommended!!

  Highly recommend this location! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and my dogs have always loved Just Food For Dogs. Our vets were actually really happy to hear that my dogs are eating this food, which made me feel even better about it. The customer service at the West Hollywood location is awesome!!! They’re great with regulars, and I’ve also seen them be super kind and helpful with first-time customers. Joe deserves a shout-out — he’s always positive, super knowledgeable, and genuinely great at what he does. I could order online, but I honestly prefer going into the store because of Joe and the rest of the team.
