Dr. Bedros is by far the most vet i have met that genuinely care about his profession and the animals he treats and diagnose.

I love how they are very friendly and supportive of me and my dog. They are very nice and friendly. They gave me the time I needed to discuss my issues with the dogs and price wise it’s so affordable compare to other vet near by. I appreciate their care.

Very unprofessional space with a touch of ageism & racism due to lack of compassion, communication, & care. I can see why this hospital is trying to build clientele with the $25 exam deal…..to compensate for their awful customer service at the front . My appointment was from 9:30 to 10:30 and I was left alone in the wait room for over 20 minutes (pass scheduled time) with no one caring to communicate with me that the doctor was running late. I can’t help but think if I was a different age, race &/or class then this would have played out entirely different . To add insult to injury, I assertively tell the late veterinary that due to (lack of) time , I only want one not both of my fur babies to be seen today. Instead of her listening to me, she inserts “we can see both today” …. Totally ignoring what I just clearly stated … as if she could possibly change my mind. And I politely said “no thank you “. As I’m left waiting again in the room by myself, the receptionist at the front is shouting loudly that I can hear from down the hallway through my closed room “oh she doesn’t want us to see (cats name) today? Just (other cat’s name)?” ….”that’s fine that means we have space to see this patient “ ……therefore implying that it’s my loss while negating their lack of communication and punctuality….about a handful of times as I waited in the room for the paperwork. For a receptionist to be shouting all this info that I (nor other clients) did not need to hear from down the hallway through a closed room where I waited with two anxious cats was incredibly petty, unprofessional & extremely uncomfortable. Common courtesy towards ALL clients, regardless of age , race & abilities would be highly suggested & a refund for this terrible experience would be greatly appreciated.

I took my pug here for the first time to establish care and get a shot and I was impressed with the professionalism and care I got here. My dog got a bit anxious and excited (he’s a pug so they love to cuddle but can get jumpy when you touch their ears and stuff lol). The vet was so gentle and professional and gave me insight into a few things to consider with my little guy. I also found out as suspected he is a bit older than I was told by the rescue I got him from. That was important to know. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in Walnut Creek!
