- AAAnonymous2 days ago1.0Petco Grooming blocked my account for rescheduling an appointment. Not cancelling, not no-showing. Rescheduling. No warning. No conversation. This is wildly disproportionate and incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re dealing with a living animal and real life schedules. Things come up. Responsible pet owners reschedule instead of no-showing. Punishing customers for that is backwards. What makes it worse is the total lack of communication. If there is a policy, no one bothered to explain it. If there was an issue, no one tried to resolve it. They just quietly blocked me and let me find out the hard way.
