The front desk people for the Vetco clinic also don’t know what they are talking about and sold us the wrong package and would not exchange it even though they told us to buy the wrong package. The vets that work at the Vetco are great though so they get the extra star.

Staff were highly knowledgeable and guided us through the steps of picking out the enclosure, figuring out what to put inside, and what to feed it. We still felt like a brand new parent leaving the hospital with a baby with all the uncertainties, yet I know that if we needed anything we could call or walk in to get our questions answered. It’s not everyday that we find highly knowledgeable staff and I was very impressed.

This is wildly disproportionate and incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re dealing with a living animal and real life schedules. Things come up. Responsible pet owners reschedule instead of no-showing. Punishing customers for that is backwards. What makes it worse is the total lack of communication. If there is a policy, no one bothered to explain it. If there was an issue, no one tried to resolve it. They just quietly blocked me and let me find out the hard way.
