Today, we were treated very rudely by the manager and they declined us from our appointment with little to no explanation upon arrival. No phone call ahead or anything. They didnāt even offer to help reschedule. I heard they couldnāt finish the appointment before us from those who were picking up. Not sure whatās going, but Iāve had very positive experiences with all the groomers. As for the manager, I would expect even greater customer service.
