Every service is recommended with your pet in mind and with love. A very hard working group at the Hacienda Store. Everybody is friendly and management cares and know their customers both 2 legged and 4 legged by name! A++++++

I got a call saying that my dog was so anxious, possibly early stages of muscle pain, crying & would not let them cut her hair. Which i found very unusual. They left her 1/2 done. When i picked her up she had a fresh open cut on her leg. The groomers claimed they "didn't know" she got cut. The next day an experienced manager was supposed to complete her cut. I got a call cancelling her appointment. So now my dog is 1/2 way groomed w an open wound!

Even though they say in the website, walk-in to do a trim they never take me. But this location did. They were all attentive even the ladies who were doing vaccines outside. I like this location better now than my local pet store.
