From my very first phone call to the day I picked up my dogs after boarding, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. My dogs aren’t the easiest — they can be reactive around other dogs — but instead of judging or turning us away like many other places did, the team here listened and worked with me to find the best way to accommodate their needs. During their stay, they even helped train and gently introduce my dogs to others to improve their socialization, and they kept me updated on their progress throughout. When I picked them up, I could tell how happy and well cared for they were — and to my surprise, they were noticeably calmer and better behaved, thanks to the extra time and care the staff gave them (without me even asking!). I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and effort they put into caring for my dogs. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

We took one of our pups here for training and some info on showing and were very pleased. This place has the most awesome Retrievers, trainers, boarding set up and professionals in the industry.
