  ANIMAL NEGLIGENCE! While a very loud older lady was talking on her personal phone to someone. The poor cat named heymeow was plastering its nose up against the vent holes due to it smelling like feces so badly in his litter box. There is feces on the wall, not enough litter for him to cover up his feces in the box and one litter box had no litter at all. when we first walked in, the stench of soiled hamster bedding filled the air. And as you can see in the pictures, they are not cleaning their fishes tanks and are leaving them to struggle . Some fish were trying so hard to swim but couldn’t and some couldn’t swim at all or swam sideways. Although to some people they are just fish, to me it breaks my heart to see them suffer in algae and chemically unbalanced water. Like I said, a lady with dark rimmed glasses and silver hair has no care or concern about how badly these animals living conditions are. She was talking so obnoxiously loud on her phone and as we were leaving I saw her sitting down at a register on a tablet.

  Came in on a Saturday morning shortly after opening and the store was almost all ours! My children have special needs and it was a perfect experience. Clean. Organized. Helpful staff. Quiet. My kids got to look at all of the stuff they wanted for their new pups. It was great! We got everything we needed and a few things we didn’t! We also picked up an online order and that was ready and accurate as well. Will definitely be retuning.

  Went to Petco this evening. Many of the tanks were empty and full of bearded algae, the tanks that had fish were gross and the fish were hanging on by a thread. There was nobody to help in that area. After watching some of the surviving fish dash their bodies off a single decoration in their tank, I knew they were disease ridden and I finally left. There were 2 workers in the entire place. One at register and one helping someone with birds. Many people were waiting for help with fish. They need to step up their game if they're competing with petsmart. Shameful

  I was very disturbed because several of the rolls of Fresh Pet Dog food in their refrigerated section had expired in January and we are into February. I did report it to one of the managers and she said she would check on it.. If I continue to see this I will not go back to this store in Victorville
