  2 appointments made. First time text an hour after appointment with an excuse. I was understanding. Next day, no show no call, no nothing. Wanted 2 days for nothing!

  This will be the first and last time we come here.we asked for just a bath and clean up and the top of her head was completely cut off almost shaved like.. We understand people make mistakes which u own up to it but not them, when we asked the groomer why the top was cut off she told us that the dog came in like that! Smh. We also notice a cut behind her ear. And ear hair wasnt even removed. My dog seem like a different dog, sad,scared like she was hurt by them.i know my dog and something is off. we have never cut her top hair just always trim it. So had all puppy hair still until today. And my dog has been groomed since 8 weeks she is super calm, submissive, well behaved, trained dog. So theres no excuse for her to be cut or mistreated.

  I love this place I have a medium size dog. He’s a king cavalier. His name is Buster Brown as he’s got an older he’s a bit more grumpy and tends to growl a lot but pamper puppy has always taken Buster and they do such a great job. He comes home looking super handsome, smelling good, and happy.

  I've been been here a few times and it's been good but today I came in and when I opened door it was completely dark and had a bad smell on website says opens at 9am so I was there just after 9am while I was standing in there yelling out to see if someone in back I got my phone and called the number and they said they were closed I said I'm inside building someone came from around building to see door was open and said someone didn't lock last nite any how against my better judgement as I was walking to my truck to leave told me they would take my dog i went inside to find the place full of feces all over the tables and stands and floor hair everywhere and to top it off my bad for leaving my dog but when I returned to pick up my dog his nails were not done and they asked me to help them do them leash was in pieces I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place it was a different lady then usual but something not right there I am never returning here
