  I came here because my female cat was constipated and my regular vet was not available so I brought her here and at first they were really nice. The front desk ladies were super nice and as I’m filling out paperwork they asked for other contact numbers and I put my mother’s in case I didn’t answer a call because they were gonna give me results of my cats, urine sample if she had crystals or not because my regular vet said she did and vmsg vet was checking if she did as well anyways, I went home and I’m a high school student so I missed the call and my mom calls me during lunchtime saying that they called her but my mom does not speak English I assumed they spoke Spanish because the front desk ladies were pretty fluent I’d figure one of them would call her but when they called her she asked for translate and they said they didn’t have one so she did not understand what the lady said and I understand It’s my fault for not answering the call, but this is what really bugged me. I called back to ask what happened and they said “we just called you” and I said “yes you guys called my mom I’m actually the owner” And the lady tried to refuse to tell me my cat results because she insisted she had already spoken to me and that she’s not gonna repeat herself and at the end, I tried to convince her to tell me and all she told me was “no she doesn’t have crystals” and I said “oh okay thank you” and she said “yep bye bye!!” I tried explaining to her that she called my mom on accident because I put her as an emergency just in case I didn’t answer and she still insisted that she just spoke to me I don’t know who’s in charge of making the calls for the results, but they are very unprofessional I also payed almost 600.

  My furbaby Churro was really sick/weak & wasn’t being himself. I usually go to Petco and get him something that usually heals him right away but this time what I got wasn’t working so I knew I needed to take him in to see a good Veterinarian ASAP. I was worried because my experience with veterinarians is usually like talking to car sales people they only care about money & somewhere along the way they lost their passion for healing & treat their practice strictly like a business. I prayed that I’d be led to caring honest people who are real healers because I could feel my Churro really needed help to heal. I was an emotional mess too because I wanted my Churro to feel better & it hurt for me to see him so weak & not feeling well. I was led to VMSG and thank the Lord I was because the vet technicians that saw Churro were so kind, I believe their names were Jennifer & Nick. Dr. Laila Joseph was Churros veterinarian. God Bless Dr. Joseph she truly is a real healer & an amazing veterinarian. She’s loving, honest, & is a very intelligent healer. She didn’t take any unnecessary tests or anything like that. She knew exactly what Churro needed to heal & she only told me what they needed to do so Churro could heal properly. Churro had a fever & a respiratory infection. She gave him fluids, nausea medication, & medication for me to give him. Thanks to Dr. Joseph, my baby Churro is now fully healed & back to being himself. He’s playing, doing zoomies with his sister, & he’s super healthy now. Dr. Joseph is by far the best veterinarian!!! Like any emergency place I did have to wait a long time but it was worth it, they treated my Churro with so much care and they are honest & not just after money! Having my Churro happy & healthy again was worth taking him here.

  We saw Dr. Simpson, she has performed expert surgery, and given excellent advice. She answers all questions and explains everything in terms we can understand. I have also seen Dr. Higgins who is an amazing neurologist, I travel 150 miles each way to get the best help, compassion and kindness. Thank you VSMG and staff.

  Brought our dog here because she started falling over randomly. The vet ran a couple tests and came back to tell us she believes our dog ingested marijuana. We didn’t know how to react because we do not do any types of drugs in our home. My partner works in law enforcement and is subject to random drug tests and I have a bad liver and lungs as it is. We told her no one in our home does any types of drugs. She was adamant about that being the cause of our dog’s symptoms. We left with no answers but only assumptions about us because of the way we dressed and our skin color.

  I arrived at around 5ish, they finally saw my dog at around 9:30pm. They took his vitals and said doctor was going to come. Wated for about half an hour. I went outside and asked about how much longer. They said 2 more hours. They took too dang long, they could ve been more transparent and told me they werent going to be able to see my dog. Or that the wait time was really long instead of me waiting for nothing. I got out of work and went straight there. Just to come back home with still not knowing what my dog has and just waiting to go somewhere else. An older gentleman took his dog that seemed more sick and also left. This is the worst establishment ive been too ever.
