Brought in my 35lb spaniel to get her hair trimmed since she's picking up too many burs along her belly. Agreed to a full package with bath and everything. Got called she was finished an hour later. They decided they couldn't handle her haircut (she's not aggressive at all but maybe wiggly at 10 months old), fair enough. Go to pick her up and still have a $60 charge for the "bath". She was clearly shampooed but there are still burs and matts in her fur. So basically $60 to spray down the pup and not accomplish any of what I actually wanted.
