If I can put 0 I would, I’m very disappointed and heart broken. I purchased not just one but 2 sick hamsters from you and they both got sicker and died within 3 days of having them and I know it’s not my end for sure (vet told me). Your company needs to stop buying animals from mills that sell “discounted” animals with bad genetics and your employees need to start handling the small pets more to prevent future heart attacks so when a customer tries to bond with their new pet it doesn’t overly stress and die. Is there a new manager or something? because it wasn’t like this the last time I bought a hamster (2020), they were all healthy and I did notice from the last time the cages in the small animals section wasn’t clean or set up to company standards. You also need more people working up front and tell your employees that they need to have better attitudes towards customers when it comes to asking questions about the animals.

I'm so disappointed. Today, I placed an order with Petco, I put it as curbside because I had my just spayed kitten with me and couldn't get off with her. I'm on the phone calling for over 30 minutes and no one answers. So I move my car to the front of the store, I go inside, leaving my kitten in the car, windows rolled down of course, to go see what's going on. As I walk up to the register, I see a line and one single cashier. I tell her I have a pick up order/curbside and she just tells me to get in line. I don't even get a chance to tell her why I don't want to do that but she insists. Okay fine, so I wait in line. Inside I'm fuming not only because I had to wait again but also the fact that she doesn't have backup. She can't cashier, do curbside, and pick orders all at the same time!! Where are the other workers? You mean to tell me that she was running the store alone today?!?! Mind you, this isn't the first time either. Freaking ridiculous... Properly schedule your workers so this doesn't keep happening, because it's not my first time experiencing this. A big thank you to the worker, Sarah, for helping me. I did have a attitude but you were only doing what you could. Thank you!!!
