    I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Petco grooming service. After picking up my dog and bringing her home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. She was constantly shaking her ears and seemed very sensitive around her neck area. As time went on, it became clear this wasn’t just mild irritation—she actually started bleeding from her ears, neck, and even her head. What’s most concerning is that the groomer, Arthur, never mentioned any issues or incidents during the appointment. If something had happened, I should have been informed right away so I could take proper care of my dog. Instead, I was left to discover this on my own after the fact. This experience has been upsetting and stressful, is not the first time this happens.

    This was my little girls first hair cut and I wanted to make sure she would have a good experience getting groomed. I’m so grateful for Mia (Zoey’s groomer) she did such a great job on my little girls cut. I was so pleased that I scheduled another appointment with Mia for my Zoey’s sister.

    My dog loves coming here and she's too large to wash at home. Friendly staff. But it's around $90-100 with tip if you get nails clipped, ears cleaned and teeth brushed
