Is probably one the BEST Petco locations I have been a customer at, and I have lived in 3 states and have had pets all my life. The store is always clean and well maintained, and every single staff member is friendly, helpful and engaging. I also bring my two dogs to the Grooming staff at this Petco location. They are WONDERFUL! The entire Grooming team makes an effort to get to know you and your pets, its not just about a transaction. My two dogs have a bit of anxiety, and the Grooming team really does well with making my dogs feel comfortable. They also took EXCELLENT CARE and follow ups with me when one of my dogs had a little bit of a medical scare while she was there. My dogs are always happy to get groomed here. Hugs & Kisses from Cherry & Cola :) Thank you to the management and staff for making this Petco location really feel comforting to the community.
- LSLia SumpterDec 26, 20255.0This store has friendly, attentive, helpful employees and they keep it pretty well stocked…if they don’t have what you need, the staff is always happy to help order it or tell you which store has it in stock nearby. I go to this location very often and each time that I’m there, I take a look at all of the animals in their enclosures…there hasn’t ever been a time that I have seen where they were dirty or missing food and water. I do wish that they would give their hamsters/guinea pigs/chinchillas/mice something to play with or gnaw on though!!! Aside from that though, this is a great location and this is the only store on my list of errands that I actually look forward to going to.
