I was charged $160.00 for a prescription that costs $9.99 at Costco and $10.20 at Chewy. I alerted them to this discrepancy and was not offered a partial refund. I was recommended Broadway Pet Hospital from an expert at Humane Society of the North Bay where I volunteer. My former vet of 10+ years was becoming too expensive and every time I visited there I was reminded of the dogs that I lost too young (5 & 8). Walking into Broadway Pet Hospital was a revelation! It was bright and full of multiple friendly pet parents, not like my old dark veterinary hospital. When I met Dr. Preet, I knew that she was kind, experienced, and my 2 dogs felt comfortable with her. She saved my Shepsky from a horrible liver infection and, if I walk into buy supplies, she always asks about him. The vet techs are compassionate and easy to communicate with. Now, when I talk to other pet owners and they tell me that they have been going to Broadway for years, I understand why and that I found the Vallejo veterinary clinic for me!

- KAken andersonSep 28, 20255.0We have taken our Dogs to Broadway Pet Hospital for many years, Dr Preet and staff went above and beyond to help my Chihuahua Wishes when she got sick the last couple of weeks of her life, I can not say enough good things about Dr Preet, She loves animals and it shows, all the other staff are wonderful folks who worked very hard to help my pup, unfortunately age and a heart mummer it didn't end well, If you want the best care make sure you ask for Dr Preet for your pet care
