  Petco is not what it used to be to be. I signed up for the vita care thinking the vet care is available in all the locations as advertised. This is false!! The locations for vet care is far and few between very inconvenience on my part. However, I do use the 10% vita care for the food and I get periodic $5 off. There should not be an expiration date on the coupons it’s very frustrating when you go to use your five dollars off and your opportunity just falls right off. All the money that I’ve lost I can’t get back so the Vita care program is really not all that. Besides, the bones that you use to carry you don’t have anymore. I was told by staff member well maybe you should try to give your dog something else. Also, the dog diapers…..you don’t carry different sizes for male and females. I’m beginning to switch to the other pet store since they have a variety and also have a pet clinic for shots on weekends. Get your game together!!

  We arrived in at 8pm today us and a few other people were looking at fish at around 8:15ish. we were asked if we needed help we told the employee maybe in 5 minutes we would need assistance. there were two other customers looking at shrimps and other fish as well. The other customers were getting their fish and shrimps bagged up then the employee disappeared. we didn’t mind that so we started to walk to go look for her when a different employee came to turn off the lights in the aquariums, us confused got to the checkout desk and asked if we can get help in the aquatic section when the employee said they stopped selling fish at 8pm unless it was for feeders which clearly wasn’t right because two other people got their fish at 8:15pm and it was 8:20pm so we just walked out upset since we had our minds set on a fancy $75 pleco named “Tony” and quite a few plants.
