    Great staff who took care of my Siberian Husky rescue very well. I arrived without an appointment due to an urgent health concern for my dog. They got him in right away and ended up keeping him most of the day to do tests and x-rays. They took great measures to ensure my dog was treated well. They said that he was definitely nervous and didn’t like their prying (which I knew and had warned them of) so they took their time and made sure not to rush things or upset him more than necessary. I will be making this my primary pet hospital! Thank you to Chris, Dr. Guijarro, and the team there for being so proactive and friendly.

    I do not recommend this vet. I dropped my dogs off and during the intake I asked them to call my number. After leaving I called again and left a voicemail to make sure they called my number due to my pets going under anesthesia. They continued to call the other number on file each time they needed to communicate something even after repeatedly asking for my number to be called. Along with that, each time someone spoke to me they were trying to sell me on a plan. I told each person I’m still considering it and they were still pushing the plan. I felt like I dropped my dogs off at a sales pitch. I felt so uncomfortable by the lack of communication that I asked if my service had been started yet and they told me no. Little did I know that the package I was paying for had been started. I then filled out a survey they sent me and I got a call blaming it on me and being too picky about wanting my number contacted. The veterinarian is very lovely but everyone else failed to communicate and lead to it being incredibly anxiety inducing

    We have used Banfield for many years. We go out of town for pet service because our local vet is so expensive and we don't get the same service. It's easy to call and get an appointment. The staff are really nice and know what they are doing and love our dog and cat.

    We have been taking our furry babies to Banfield for over 10 years, and during this time, we have never had a bad experience. Even though the turnover seems high, the staff and the doctors are amazing; they are always ready to help and provide the best care for our kids. Their care plan is very convenient and, in my personal opinion, affordable. Thank you for everything you do for our community and for taking such good care of Amonet, Falkor, Cersie, and Tempest!

    I called multiple times throughout the week and nobody answered the phone at all. I literally called about 7 or 8 times. At 9:00am, 10:30am 11:00am 11:15am 1:00pm 1:30pm 2:30pm 3:30pm all on different days and absolutely no one answers the phone. I have read the good reviews I came to the conclusion that the reviews have to be fake where one of the employees asked a customer to write a good review in exchange for a discount or something, that has happen to me in the past. I give it 1 star because I never got a representative on the phone to even ask questions.
