  I brought my dog in at 5am after he was extremely sick and basically dying. I called four vet offices and this one is the only one who said they would take him. They immediately started testing him and got him on fluids. The staff was extremely kind and caring. The doctors were very informative throughout the entire process and were updating me with a lot of information the whole time. They answered all my questions with kindness even if I asked multiple times for clarity. I really thought my dog was about to die but after a few days here he is back to normal and coming home!

  We had a great experience the first time bringing our puppy here a couple months ago. This week we had a new situation where we were desperately in need of caring help for our puppy again. We didn’t hesitate to take her back to Dr Patlogar and the rest of the team. We’re very thankful to have such a great vet nearby.

  We had an emergency at 6am and Inland Valley Veterinary ER was closest to our home. The friendly receptionist put us at ease with her thorough questions before admitting our dog. Dr Carrol was so kind and answered every one of our questions.She recommended needed testing and bloodwork for our Lucy and we had to leave her for a couple of hours. At pick up, Dr Erik came in and set us up with treatment going forward and explained everything to our satisfaction. Great staff that i highly recommend!

  Hello fellow yelpers. I had to take my kitty to the vet today for an unfortunate incident. Front staff, on duty manager and the Doctor were amazing. This is my second time here and in the event of another emergency, I don't think I'd take my kitty anywhere else. It's really hard to find good care these days but if you want to be treated respectfully, pay reasonable prices and make sure your pet gets better, I highly suggest coming here.

  We had to bring our dog into Inland Valley Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Center late at night after she suddenly started yelping in pain. It was stressful and scary, but the staff was incredibly supportive from the moment we arrived. Dr. Kopp saw our dog and was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to thoroughly explain what might be causing the pain, walked us through the options, and clearly explained what we should do next. Her calm, knowledgeable approach really helped put us at ease during a tough moment. We’re very grateful for the care and compassion shown to both our dog and us as owners. Dr. Kopp is a great doctor, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we ever need emergency or specialty care again.
