They checked in my doggy snoopy as soon as we walked into the office. I really recommend this place, was recommended by Ashley. The staff was very kind and straightforward with all information.

Everyone here was great! Dr. Pegg was very thorough in his exam and took his time to explain everything to me. Hannah and Davina were also great in going the extra mile to take care of my baby. He had an accident in my car on the way there and Davina and Hannah went above and beyond to help my situation. The facilities were clean, quiet, and smelled nice.

We brought our dog Rosie in to be spayed. The staff was wonderful from the time we checked in at the desk. The vet came in and checked her out, the nurse took her back calling her by her nickname. They kept us posted throughout her recovery and took excellent care of her.

I don’t understand why I have to call the animal poison control to be seen. Seems like they want your animal to die since you have to wait over an hour on the phone just for them to take your animal. Also the prices for emergency service here is a scam. They will charge for things your animal doesn’t need they like to prey on your weakness because your animal is sick and you’re worried.

I brought my pug, Gigi, here on the night of October 20th 2025 for an emergency, vomiting and passing blood. While the facility looks modern and the front desk staff and a tech named Selena were kind, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting nearly an hour in a private room with no updates, a staff member named Steve came in with an aggressive, dismissive attitude. He told me my dog was “fine” and acted inconvenienced that I asked for help. Later, while I was paying, he shoved my dog and her discharge items toward me, placing her on the counter abruptly, then argued when I told him that wasn’t okay. He even threatened to call the police when I confronted his rude and inconsiderate behavior. When the Vet finally saw me, he was cold and distant and seemed more focused on quoting prices and financing options than communicating about my dog’s actual condition. There were multiple QR-codes promoting credit plans posted throughout the exam room, which gave the entire experience a cold, sales-driven feel. I’m posting this for transparency, along with my invoice, so other pet owners know what to expect. Emergencies are stressful enough… compassion and professionalism should never be optional.
