Davina was wonderful. When I called ahead because I had 3 really sick dogs, she was super helpful and I felt she was sincerely caring. She also was ready for us as we walked in the door. Polite, professional , and friendly. It’s hard to have an emergency for a loved one. Having 3 is extra challenging. So I appreciated working with such a kind person. She also offered us cleaning supplies when my dogs were sick in the car. This is the best emergency hospital you can take a loved one. Veterinarians and staff have excellent knowledge, expertise, and care. I feel confident they will help my dogs feel better. They really do care.

I cannot begin to explain how horrible our experience at this emergency vet was. We called ahead to let them know our beloved 13 year old corgi was dying and she was in URGENT need of help. She was in pain and incoherent. We were reassured by staff that we would be seen as this was an emergency. Upon arrival, the two girls at the front didn't even acknowledge us until I said something. Our interaction with them was cold and rude as they told us they couldn't provide the help they said they would be able to. They insinuated that what we were experiencing wasn't an emergency and to go somewhere else. Thankfully, PetEmerg in Rancho was able to give our girl the peaceful end she deserved. Absolutely disgusted with this office and their lack of care during an extremely sensitive time.

Inland Valley Veterinary Specialists. I believe the facility failed to meet acceptable veterinary and professional standards, and these failures ultimately resulted in my dog’s death. During my dog’s hospitalization in the ICU for five days, Inland Valley Veterinary Specialists neglected their duty to provide proper and appropriate care. My dog was not fed during this extended ICU stay, which significantly compromised her condition and contributed to her decline. Additionally, I paid for laboratory testing and was never provided with the lab reports, despite requesting them. This lack of transparency prevented me from fully understanding my dog’s condition and the medical decisions being made on her behalf. I am also deeply concerned that Schedule I narcotics were administered by staff who were not properly qualified or licensed, and that radiographs were interpreted by individuals who were not adequately trained or credentialed to do so. These actions represent serious violations of professional standards and raise concerns regarding patient safety and regulatory compliance. The cumulative effect of these failures—lack of basic care, unqualified staff performing critical medical tasks, and withholding medical records—demonstrates negligence and a breach of ethical and professional responsibility. As a result of these actions, my dog suffered unnecessarily and ultimately passed away. I am requesting a thorough investigation into Inland Valley Veterinary Specialists, including their staffing qualifications, medication administration practices, diagnostic interpretation procedures, and ICU care protocols. I also request accountability for the care provided and a formal response addressing these concerns. This experience has caused me significant emotional distress, and I believe no other pet or owner should be subjected to such treatment.

My husband and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Patlogar and his incredible team for giving us hope when we thought we had none. We came in seeking a second opinion, facing the heartbreaking reality of a scheduled euthanasia appointment for our dog. Dr. Patlogar took the time to truly listen, evaluate her condition, and offer another option—one that ultimately saved her life. The compassion, honesty, and urgency shown by him and his team meant everything to us during the most emotional time we’ve ever experienced as pet parents. We are also deeply thankful for the exceptional overnight care provided by Dr. Houfek. Knowing our dog was in such caring, capable hands brought us so much comfort. Thanks to this amazing team, her surgery was done quickly and successfully, and instead of saying goodbye, we were able to cancel her euthanasia appointment and bring her home—just in time for Christmas. Having her with us for the holidays is a gift we will never take for granted. We cannot recommend this clinic enough for their skill, compassion, and genuine dedication to saving lives. 💙🐾

I have been going to IVVS for many years with my fur babies. Some of these visits were heartbreaking while others ended in healing solutions. The doctors are knowledgeable and provide top notch support and options for treatment. The vet assistants and front desk staff are amazing. What I appreciate most is their dedication and genuine concern for our family. They will follow up the next day to make sure that we are doing well. I have a regular vet that has never done that. Needless to say I am a fan of IVVS and always will be!
