  This is the third time I bring my dog here whenever I have an emergency, they’re always reliable, I trust them, and the staff it’s really professional, I like that it’s open 24hrs… this time my dog had an ear infection and the veterinary gave me her diagnosis and also help me save money, the receptionist Thomas was really caring

  Not only to this place have the best pricing but I have to say Sierra the front reception went over and beyond with helping us I'm filling out paperwork to emailing almost everyone in my family to text messaging three other people. She was just phenomenal, the ladies in the back Miss Liz and Melinda were knowledgeable and very caring for the human and the animal. It was a team effort by the entire staff and I do so much appreciate it. The care my pet got by Dr. Gaarracino was professional and spoke to us like humans that we knew exactly what was going on. He could even tell my pet was in distress and stopped what he was doing. Backed off and let him calm down. He talked us about what he was going to do before he did it, I highly recommend the staff they're open 24/7. They are professional on top of really caring about you and your pet. It is an extreme relief knowing IVVS is there. Oh real quick. This place is immaculate clean and they even have coffee for you.

  It’s always a little frightening when you need to visit the vet for an emergency. But I’m grateful for the kindness and thoughtfulness that staff showed. Davina in particular showed great warmth and made a difficult situation a little easier. Thank you.

  In December my cat broke her leg and I took her here for emergency services. For the past 10-weeks I have come her once a week to have her x-rays, casts, and checked for her progress. This is the best animal care service I have ever had. The front desk staff, the animal support technicians and Vet doctors are all so kind, careful and caring of the pets brought in. My cat was naturally nervous and in pain but she was always treated so gently and with professional care. She got adorable cat casts every week after her leg was checked. This allowed her to heal well of the time. I was also given great customer service and courtesy by everyone there. Special thanks to Dr. Monty, who is empathetic, knowledgeable, funny and an expert in veterinary practice. He help guide me through my cats long healing progress. I would absolutely recommend here. A whole lot of heart to help heel here. Thank you IVVS.

  We are a fortunate family of two rescued furbabies, Shadow is one of them, we rescued Shadow a day before his sad day, and since then we are making Shadows days the best of this beautiful life. On the night of January third, Shadow had an accident, were he sustained multiple serious injuries. We google for a great Fur emergency room care center and this extremely amazing IVVS emergency care center place showed up, and we are very grateful and thankful for the sujestion. Once at IVVS emergency center care their amazing staff approached Shadow in a very sweet, caring, professional, compassionate and fast way, the best way I have seen in my life . Shadow is still working on trusting humans from all the hard life he endured in his such a young life before joining our family a few months ago, but here at IVVS he walked in the treatment room with the staff with faith and hope on his beautiful face . I will never forget that face on Shadow that night. Thankfully , after eight if not more hours of amazing care at IVVS we were able to take Shadow home, safe and comfortable, he is healing beautifully due to the continuous care and support from IVVS. Five stars is nothing for all the amazing care that you provide, you deserve the whole universe of stars and more . Thank you from Shadow and his family 🙏❤️‍🩹🐾. PS. The price was the cherry on top of our cake, we paid 4-5 times less of what we thought, considering the seriousness of the injuries on Shadow.The place is extremely clean and comfortable, all the staff , I meam everyone are attentive , caring, professional, they kept is apdated at all the times. I got the feeling that the love what they do and we can’t thank you enough.
