  i love petco. i go there all the time for my dogs necessities. i called to see if they had a product i was looking to buy, and someone said they’d go check the stock and ive been on hold for 12mins. idk if they forgot that im on hold?? i’m not upset, i just couldn’t wait any longer. if someone can just let me know if you guys have capstar in stock for a 15lb dog please and thank you.

  Prices are doubled for some items. The store was also being rearranged so all the dog and cat collars and leashes was in boxes at the end of each aisle. I dug through a few boxes to see if I could find one but couldn’t and got frustrated. I ended up leaving and not getting what I can there for, a harness and leash. It also took me over 20min to find an associate (2 on shift), but he was delightful. I wanted to find out when the store would be put back together, so I could find what I went there for. Restocking like was being doing need to be done during closed hours. Or at lease only one aisle at a time. Not the entire section mid-Saturday afternoon. Very unprofessional and not customer service oriented. Update went back for a harness again the supply is very low disappointing
