Called Petco who said “they are completely separate from us, you’ll have to call back on Friday afternoon or Sunday.” Not helpful & delaying what I needed the certificates for in the first place. Still unresolved & no resolution.

So I decided to go with Vetco it was done painless got my follow up coming up I'm sure it will be just as easy. Staff was professional and groomers knew Teddy well that's where he will be a client from here on out.
