- BCBOMBSKIEZZ CREATIONS5 days ago3.0Staff are nice and some are knowledgeable in regards to reptiles. This store is clean. Some employees go above and beyond. Main issue for me. The reason i am doing three stars is because live insects are either half alive or dead in the containers. They die within a few days of purchase and to get a refund i would have to come back. (Not worth it ,wasting my time and gas )The prices on these insects are expensive. A set of 8 roaches ,$10 something but you’re lucky if you get 5 that are alive in a container . Or the insects don’t look safe for the reptile to ingest .The hornworms are basically dying ,are super tiny that they don’t have a chance to plump up ,because in a few days they are dead. They only put 1 healthy worm in the container.. The only thing that are surviving in that store are the meal worms. I have talked to a few employees of this issue. I hope you guys can talk to the vendor that you are buying these from. The quality is not great. Just because it’s convenient i go here but soon i will cancel my membership because convenience over quality is not going to do it for my pet. It’s been awhile that i been holding off on making a review but nothing is changing. And i got an email asking for a review.. here you go

- SSSandyNov 13, 20254.0I take my doggy to the same groomer for more than a year now. She is very patient with him, she always does a great job. I recommend PetSmart for grooming during the week. I never go over the weekend, the groomers are in a rush, too busy and stressed, it cost more, dogs are not happy and it is not clean.
