First three grooming sessions were great, but lately appointments keep getting canceled or rescheduled the day before/the day of. At this point I’m not sure how to get an appointment anymore. The checkout line is also always very slow even though the staff members are all friendly.

I’ve shopped at this location since 2012. For over a decade, it was welcoming, knowledgeable, and community-oriented. The former manager knew my animals by name. The staff were friendly. I even volunteered for years cleaning the cat enclosures. It was a store that cared. That store no longer exists. There is now zero customer engagement. No greetings. No help. The atmosphere feels indifferent and poorly managed. There are regularly only three shopping carts available. I was told employees are not allowed to retrieve carts from the parking lot and that customers should bring them back themselves. I was even told to go to Smart & Final or Trader Joe’s if I needed a cart. Apparently, stolen carts will not be replaced. Staff have also refused to fulfill my curbside pickup order. I contacted corporate three separate times. Not one return call. Not one acknowledgment. After 14 years, I will be ending my Petco Rewards membership and taking my business elsewhere. This isn’t a staffing issue. It’s a leadership issue and customers notice.

Came into exchange one of my pets items I got that was to big and the cashier was very kind and very sweet to talk about our animals and be very helpful during my visit. I also picked up two new bettas and they're absolutely gorgeous would definitely recommend coming here staff is friendly and very helpful, store is clean.
