- AEAndrew EspinoApr 22, 20261.0I took my dog to get groomed, and now she has fleas, she has never had fleas in her life and is an indoor dog, and my house is treated by pest control regularly for fleas and ticks. I called PetCo to talk to someone about this and was told a manager would follow up with me, they never did. I do not recommend them, they are avoiding responsibility.

Somebody there absolutely does not need to be answering the phone and talking to customers. Hopefully somebody reads this, and I hope the phone calls are recorded. (Reading through the reviews, kinda a reoccurring theme)
