  Ashley, Josh and Anna works extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and very fair. They helped us with everything we’ve spent almost $400 in there for a reptile.

  I came in for giant mealworms and was told they had been sitting for awhile and some were dead. So the manager discounted them 50% off for me. I appreciated this as we were totally out and needed some that day. The manager was honest and helpful.

  We have few birds and dogs. We shop here, with Chewey and pet smart often. My husband and I realized that the crew changed at this location. Different faces and personalities. Night shift, tall female with glasses, dark hair in ponytail, which we do not recall her name at this time, won't even say hello when we pass by. Not greeting customers, nothing. Looks somehow agitated when trying to help, so we try to look for other associate to help us instead. Besides everything, the store is clean and organized.

  I was able to find what I needed, the store itself is fine. It's the employees and the entitled attitude. It's very disappointing to not get greeted by the only person in front of the store, and while that's not even expected, it just sets the tone for the entire store. To be met immediately with a disgusted face by one your employees, I think her name is Nora when I looked at her name tag, but not only was I not greeted and met with such a horrible attitude, when asking about where and if the store carried a certain product, I was met with a sigh and eye roll as if what I was asking was out of her job description. I wasn't helped by her at all and even felt like I was wrong to ask for help. I told her "nevermind" and I'd find the item myself to which she just said "Okay." And walked off. I then asked a man working with fish in the back of the store, who's name if I remember correctly as well, was Josh. He took time out of what he was doing to help me, give me insight on the product I needed, and was just overall kind and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him while he was actually in the middle of doing something. This store needs more people like their employee, Josh. Because the Nora girl was enough to make someone not want to come back. What a horrible person to have at the front of the store with her miserable attitude and what seems like hatred in/for what she does. If I were any store where customer service is important, I would NOT have people like her taking advantage of a position someone else could be successfully filling and not ruining the face of Petco with such an attitude alone!! Disgusting and rude behavior to walk in to. Glad it was fixed by another employee who knows how to do their job right.
