From the first phone call everyone was so nice and it was so easy to get my little kitty scheduled without any problems, the girls are great with answering any questions and definitely make it happen! Very reasonably cost and convenient, no other services are pushed on you but they let you know that they're available if you ever need. My kitty got out of surgery and everything went great ! I will definitely be bringing my other kitties here as well and definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. They took such good care of my dog Dane. I went from bringing him in after being attacked by pit-bulls and in really bad shape. I was desperate and with little hope of him surviving to leaving with my dog walking and happy to come home. The women there are absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend this location. The vet, a gentleman named Dr. Villegas was amazing. Very thorough, straightforward and honest. Will be requesting him for future vet checkups with dane and my sphynx cat from now on. A comforting part of my dog being there is the multiple employees coming to me to tell me how good and wonderful my sweet boy Dane is. This place truly cares about the pets that come in. They cheered as my dog walked out because they were happy to see him leaving in good health. They left hearts on him for valentines day and it was just melted my heart.

We have had the BEST treatment at Monte Vista small animal Hospital. We have had to use them twice for different reasons because they were the ones that were able to handle our pets needs. We have been so lucky to have found them. The staff is so kind, caring, professional, and thorough. From the staff at the front desk to the very informative doctors and the speed of which they take care of your animal. I highly recommend them for any needs, and they offer emergency services. We have had wonderful experiences. We appreciate all the care they gave to our babies. Thank you so so much. ~Ophelia and Tommy

I am very sad and disappointed in this place I took my precious 11 year old dog here as an emergency because he clearly had cancer with a huge lump growing on his thigh and spreading to his penis. He was seen by doctor Deborah, she very rushing told me he had Adrenal Cancer and that it was spreading with no extra explanations or details about this cancer. I was very nervous and overwhelmed so I told her to call my brother so she could explain to him. She gave us the option to get an Xray done and to give him medicine. I was surprised that giving him medicine was his only option with such a cancer so i asked her if he could get surgery to get his tumor removed and she immediately just said " there's nothing to do surgery on". My mistake was not asking more questions but she was not easy to talk to! We agreed on the medicine and she prescribed him Prednisone and something for infection. Two weeks later the medicine did nothing for him and he got worse and was in so much pain. My dad and I contacted the front office to see if we could get some pain medication before his next appointment but this I understand why they didn't want to give him as it could make him feel worse instead of better. I also asked them if i could get information about his cancer printed, but they didn't know what to tell me so I asked if this medicine is a good cancer treatment and they just said " it could be". How unprofessional!! One day later his lump was leaking pus and he couldn't walk anymore so we took him to the emergency vet in Taylor rd. The vet there was very kind and professional and explained everything detail by detail and gave us options and even said we could do surgery on him. We unfortunately decided to euthanize him as his cancer was too advanced. The vet told us that the medicine he was given here was basically just a band aid for his cancer but not a treatment which explains all my doubts and concerns from this place! On top of everything we were told that the emergency visit would only cost $125 but we were charged $145.
