  Was told could make an appointment for urgent care to get our dog seen. Was asked what time we would be there and gave them the time. Showed up 10 minutes early. And we waited amd waited and waited. Went in to ask what the hold up was and was told urgent cares are "worked into the schedule". Really? Then what was the point of making an appointment at a specific time? I was told it would be about an hour AFTER the time I already scheduled. Now mind you, I am already paying a premium to see the vet at the time I was told, but if I wanted to see them now, then it would even be MORE money than the premium I am already paying!

  I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by my experience with this veterinary office. I even traveled out of town to bring my dog here, trusting that he would receive quality care. Instead, he was given a false diagnosis, and after spending over $1200, I was told just two days later that he needed to be put down. The vet essentially gave up on my pet without offering real solutions, second opinions, or any sense of compassion. What makes this even more devastating is that when I took my dog to a different veterinarian, they refused to euthanize him — because he was NOT terminal or beyond help. They confirmed he was still a healthy pet with treatable issues. In fact, my dog is now back to normal and acting like his usual self, proving just how wrong that initial diagnosis was. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund or even a partial refund, the clinic refused, showing zero accountability for their mistakes. This clinic was quick to take my money and even quicker to recommend the worst possible outcome. The lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy is unacceptable. I trusted them with my dog’s life, and they failed us completely. I strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their pets here. My family and my dog deserved better.

  Dr. Estrada is the best vet in the Central Valley. She saved my English bulldogs life and she has given both my dogs the best treatment and care. It’s very hard to find a vet that is good but Dr. Estrada has so much compassion and she cares not only for your pet but for the pet owner too. Thank you Dt. Estrada for being so great to my fur babies. You truly are the best.

  I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog to have surgery!!Everyone is friendly , the Dr is very knowledgeable and they know what they r doing . They keep their word there is no mixups on anything and did not try to do extra things and the price was very reasonable !!! I would 100 percent recommend Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital. They are great!!!

  Monte Vista Small Pet Hospital was recommended to us by my twin. She had a great experience there. We were so happy with the care Roxy received. They were very efficient, caring and so reasonable in price. We give them 5+ stars!! We will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
