I requested an appointment with them for a wellness check , and I am new to the clinic. I got a call asking me to deposit $25 to secure the appointment. Upon asking the reason, I was told that its a company policy.... upon insisting that I am given an answer for the reason, my call was handed over to the manger "kim", who explained that they have experienced previously that people make appointments and don't turn up... and insisted that I either pay upfront or cancel the appointment. Frankly this the first time I have seen such a policy that does not trust a paying customer for using their service.... imagine you have been asked to pay upfront when you book an appointment for your health check. I believe they should not be in vet businesses if they don't trust their customers. If the first impression from the company is that , we do not trust you... then its best to avoid the company. I cancelled the appointment.

My dog is a rescue dog so he tends to be shy and nervous upon meeting new people. Dr. Connolly was very compassionate and made my nervous doggy feel comfortable. She also listened to my concerns and how I felt about medications Etc. I am more of the natural approach instead of medicine and she listened and did not make me feel like a bad dog mom. She went through various options that we can try and did not try to make me feel like I had to do something more than what I was willing to do. I definitely would recommend Dr Connolly and her approach to how she treats your dog and you as a human being. I also work in rescue so I am used to Paws and Claws but I am used to dealing with Dr Miller who also is a very kind and caring vet. The vet tech Tatiana was also very caring and helpful as well. My dog Chance felt comfortable around her as well.

I took my puppy Violet in for a cough. I saw dr Miller and nurse Lauren. They were both extremely friendly and loving to my girl. They took a lot of time to listen to me and examine Violet. They prices were amazing. I think it was the least expensive vet appointment I have been to in years.

After reading the reviews I'm glad it didn't work out. I had our 1st appointment scheduled. I made it online. Shortly after someone called and said they needed to get a payment for the appointment. I was having problems with our pets cc so the lady said she would call back in hour. She didnt call back. After that I got an email asking to confirm so I figured they changed their minds and this email would do. When I arrived for my appointment the lady at front who barely welcomed us, told me my appointment was cancelled because they didn't get the payment. She told me called another day and I didn't get it. I informed her that no, it takes every bit of my earngy to leave chemo go home and get my dog and bring here. I just needed help. She told we could reschedule. With that level of service, no thanks. Anyone know a loving Vet in Tracy area willing to help us. I just want to know she's OK. She 7 months old. Thanks so much.

This was my first visit and I loved it and so did my pooch! The office is modern and calming music. They even have a calming neck tie they offer your pooch to help them calm and have a pleasant visit. I think me and my GinaFaith found a wonderfully friendly home. Dr. Miller is a great doctor and believes in a healthy relationship between animals and humans.
