  I like this Vet office I been another clinic office and all they want is study my pet blood work no conclusion very rude and no experience at all in Torrance Companion they attend me as a walk in fast minimal wait time the Dr Jeremy Prupas give me fast diagnosis , even medication is available I recommend this office nice staff and clean environment

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ,TIME OR HOPE AT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A VETS OFFICE‼️‼️We took our 4year old pitsky in for a rash,,my dog couldn’t be kept calm enough to treat so they wrote an RX for a seductive &charged me $60 for APOQUEL ,which I later found online for $3‼️SERIOUS PRICE GAUGING ‼️Charged $60 for an office visit ,but she wasn’t even seen!went in a second time with her medicated ,but they wanted her MORE MEDICATED &sold me a second RX ,stronger for $60 .&another $60 office fee AND STILL WASNT SEEN OR TREATED‼️went a 3 rd time &INSISTED GOING IN WITH MY DOG ,GO IN WITH YOUR PET & SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT WORK THEY DO PER THE BILL YOU RECEIVEhe wanted to take her temp.but never even touched her or looked at her rash .gave me a bill for $280!!!I told them I’m a disabled senior on a fixed income & could /would not pay such a ridiculous price for services NEVER RENDERED!Staff was unpro&rudeNEVER EVER GOING BACK !THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ,HEARTLESS RIP OFF &IM REPORTING TO THE B.B.B.!

  ER with my cat, they were extremely nice, loved the attention and care they gave us will definitely reccomend and I'll go back there as well Great caring staff & Drs! Thank you Nala is doing much better🙏🌞

  I highly recommend this Vet. My dog has dermatitis occasionally and this was my first time here. We came in for a check up & a new prescription of Oral Flea medication. The receptionist, vet technician & vet Jeremy Prupas were a delight. I loved how I came to my appointments and I was seen in about 5-10mins. Timing is soo important when your schedule is a little complex. They weren’t also trying to upsell me anything which made me comfortable. I will be back with my pupper..

  I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully and rudely by the front desk reception and manager. Let’s be clear, I can NEVER recommend this Vet to anyone and I was a longtime customer for over five years. I called Torrance Companion Animal Hospital as a returning customer for an appt. for my second dog who recently developed some health issues. I had a smaller dog that passed away two years ago who was a patient here. I have not been back given that my family and I were mourning over our loss. But now that my other dog needs care, I felt strong enough to call them again. That was a huge mistake!!! The person who answered the phone & took my information placed me on 10 minutes hold after taking my info only to not return to the call but to put a “manager” on the phone who asked me what I needed as if I had not spoke to anyone prior. I was caught off guard by her questions, and told her that I had already explained the reason for my call to another person previously. The manager responded with, “ I wanted to get some more information from you”. So I said sure What do you need?”, and her response was, “well, I see that there are some notes in our file about the last visit with your dog and us and because it was a negative experience, we no longer will be able to service you as a client.” You can imagine my dismay because I had no idea what in the world she was talking about or referring to….so I asked her what she was talking about. I also asked her to please read what notes she had because maybe they were attached to my file by mistake and meant for another client. She would not tell me or read them to me. She then proceeded to maintain a cold , stark and insensitive tone while reiterating the same words over again “we will not be able to service you as a client “. She did not explain anything further to me. I was in shock, said ok and God Bless you! The fact that she “Jaz” or Liz” or something like that was so unwilling to tell me about the notes that she claimed were in my file, left me feeling some kind of way about how my dog would be treated if I did bring him. If this place has no regard for the parents of a four legged family member, they most certainly would not have care and concern for my dog. The doctors may be decent but the face and attitude of this animal hospital is very ugly, and needs a major adjustment. I think it was a high sign to go somewhere else and now that I see the low score and similar google reviews, I see that I’m not the only one who has experienced this type of sour and unwarranted treatment at the front desk. Your beloved part is better off somewhere else where your pet AND YOU will be cared for. They should be ashamed. 🧐
