Our founder, Rafael, had a deep passion for animals from a young age, which eventually led him to open a small pet store rooted in love and care for all creatures. What began as one man’s dream has now become a lasting family legacy. After 25 years, Rafael’s children have proudly taken over the family business, carrying forward his vision and values. Not only have they kept the love for animals alive, but they’ve also expanded the legacy by opening two additional locations—bringing the total to three thriving stores, all built on the same foundation of compassion, quality, and community.
