On three multiple occasions their grooming appointments were canceled due to the groomer not showing up. Today I showed up again and was notified right as I was attempting to check my dogs in that their groomer wasn’t going to be in. This caused a huge inconvenience as I was on my way to an important appointment and didn’t plan on having to drive all the way back home to drop them off. I was late to my appointment and very frustrated. I will no longer be coming here for anything and am extremely disappointed in the decline of this locations integrity and customer care.
