Banfield hospital is amazing. I came in to get my dog ready for air travel to HI (on pretty short notice.) They took all the confusion and stress away. The staff is personable and patient. My dog always left the vet with a smile. And most importantly, they did everything right and he safely made it. Thank you so much Banfield.

I just had the WORST experience here I can’t help but laugh 😂 the front desk receptionist thought it was appropriate to raise her voice at me and yell at me like I was a toddler because I answred my cell phone in the lobby VERY QUICKLY and told my friend “I’ll call you back and I’m at the vet” (while she was busy on the phone with another customer) she proceeded to put her phone down to scream at me that she couldn’t hear her phone call and yelled that I go sit down!!!! I simply said NOPE and walked out of the office. I can talk on MY phone I want to. Mind you I simply told my friend “I’m gonna call you back” real quickly and hung up. I wasn’t being rude at all!!! 😂 I was once a receptionist myself… and if you can’t talk on the phone while people are talking around you go find you something else to do.. keep in mind it’s a veterinary office so what does she do when dogs are barking and she’s on a phone call? scream at them? She’s just unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t trust her around a child let alone an animal with that temper. You are mean, you yell at customers, and you’re clearly burnt out. Time for a new Receptionist Banfield. 👀
