  This store is dimly lit and the aisles are tight. Feels kinda overwhelming. The staff are helpful but this particular location is just different and I don't think in a good way.

The setup is convenient and does the job, but I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. The products provided seemed very diluted and did not feel high-quality. Overall, it is a decent option if you want an affordable place to wash your dog, especially if you come prepared.

  I’ve used the self-wash dog station at Petco twice, and both experiences were very disappointing. The first time I went, the area was dirty with a lot of dog hair left behind. I ended up having to clean the space myself before I could even start washing my dog. The second visit was even worse. There was excessive hair everywhere — in the tub, on the floor, and even on the walls. It felt like being surrounded by a cloud of hair. On top of that, there were no towels available, and the brushes provided were full of hair and clearly not cleaned. For a service that customers pay to use, basic cleanliness and maintenance should be expected. This experience made it uncomfortable and inconvenient, and I hope management takes better care to keep the self-wash area clean and properly stocked.
