- LVLora VasquezNov 3, 20252.0We had an appointment at 10am. I was told by multiple text messages to be there 10 minutes early so we were there at 9:40 am with my two dogs. The first doctor was a no show. We keep getting conflicting stories he’s on his way, oh wait he had an emergency we are trying to get some one else this was at about 10:45am after the line of people had been waiting. At that point I had been there for a hour. We were offered the chance to reschedule and come back from 12pm-2pm. I live about 25 minutes away and come to this particular location because when we see the normal vet they are amazing and so is the staff. It didn’t make sense for me to drive home just to turn around and drive back. Finally another doctor was able to cover for the other vet but she came from Escondido. She was able to get to the clinic around 11:30am. She was great, that’s the only reason this is a two star review. I was told I would get a 20% discount which I did not receive because the printer wasn’t working and the vet assistant had to hand write my charges for the cashier. All and all the whole thing was a disorganized mess. There should be a vet on call just in case things like this happen and in the two hours we sat and waited the assistants should have been checking there equipment to make sure everything was working for when they could actually see pets.
- KBKelly BrenzSep 29, 20255.0Friendly caring service. I needed to get my kitten his vaccines and it included in the package i got a triple feline blood test that test FeLe, FIV and heartworm. Not cheap but not unreasonable either and they gave me a better idea of my kittens age awesome staff

Dr. Thakran has been a delight to work with especially and has been taking care of our newest puppy. I will be bringing my cat here for care soon as well. Thank you for all you do :)
