- DPdonna payneDec 17, 20251.0We went to use a self wash today and we're very disappointed it was horrible all the brushes were hairy we could not use them.. the water pressure was super strong we had a little Maltese that was a shelter dog.. and he was freaking out so we had to hold him while washing him up in her arms.. and then there. shampoo is completely deluded and so is the conditioner.. I did bring my own for the face but ended up washing his whole body with it.. and the dryer was freezing cold so we just took him home and blow dried him at home and put leave in conditioner in never again I really would like my money back that was a waste of. Money .. he brought him there for the first time to see how he would like it actually could have did it at home better

I was there buying prescription food for my cat and when asked for the prescription, I notified the cashier that a manager had taken my prescription and I was not able to get the petco prescription card because they couldn’t find it. She called for the manager on staff and I told them the same thing. The manager then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do because the vet office was closed. Needless to say we left without the food and when I contacted the vet office the next day( which is located inside of petco) they told us that the manager had access to the box of prescription cards and could of looked for our card so we could of purchased the food for our cat. It is always something with this petco and to be honest I am truly considering going to another store. The vet office however has been wonderful.
