- RRRose RoussettFeb 21, 20265.0Dr Post is the best. We have always taken our pets here and have only good things to say. They are very caring and compassionate here. We had to have our beagle put to sleep here and even though it was a sad situation for our family, they let us take our time with her in her last moments. We have been coming here for years.
- ASAudra SimmonsDec 9, 20251.0This location is horrible. I’ve had 2 different instances where they cancelled my appointment with minimal notice. Their claim is that appointments are requested and not guaranteed. - My monthly wellness plan charges are however deducted on time. From an operational and customer service standpoint, I suggest that when “appointment requests” are made online that they confirm these appointments immediately and not wait till the day before (this recent time) or while I was literally driving on the way to the appointment (the previous time). They have zero respect for what it took for me to fly back to California to make this scheduled appointment and the day they offered me was a day that I would already have to fly out again. Their responses were very “stock” and lacked empathy. They simply don’t care and I eventually got hung up on by Nilly. This location is poorly ran and if you can make the extra drive, Temecula Parkway location gives much better service that I would say translates to the care as well.

They exude an energy that shows they care for the animals and the pet owners alike. They always reserve space and time for owners to voice their pet concerns and make you feel heard. I feel it’s hard to find a place to take your pet when they need medical attention without feeling like they’re trying to take advantage of you or trying to get you to spend extra money in some way. This Banfield location is nothing like that. They have continuously provided exceptional service and care. I will recommend this specific location time and time again.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
