- MEMartha Espinoza4 days ago1.0My husband came in to the vet asking to sign some papers for my dog and they refused to sign anything we need it to keep our dog with us in the apartment and they refused they didn't want to sign anything. they had told my husband he needed to go to a different clinic instead if we needed those papers signed. My husband said they were really rude and unprofessional and they acted like they didn't care AT ALL. When my husband asked to speak to a supervisor they refused and said "NO that he cant talk to a supervisor! " they were acting careless and RUDE! MY DOG GOT VACCINATED NOT LONG AGO AND MY DOG CAME BACK TRAUMATIZED AND HURT FROM HIS LEG. SO WE'RE DONE WITH THIS PLACE! For people wanting to vaccinate there pets please don't come here they are unprofessional and RUDE.

First, the staff member we interacted with was unprofessional and dismissive, refusing to address our concerns. Second, the visit summary contained a serious error: our dog’s weight was recorded as 10 pounds lighter than the actual weight. This mistake directly led to the prescription of incorrect medication, which could have endangered our pet’s health. We will not be returning to this location. The service was unhelpful, and the level of professionalism fell far below expectations!
